Access to Performance Management Software will be given to one focal person for editing, in this way privacy will be maintained. The coding and decoding of the software will also remain with one person who will be the software developer (Paid partner). The dashboard for each organization will also have a separate focal person for handling the company’s profile. Whereas each employee will have credentials for the portal access to enter their KPI submissions and to review their performance and pending tasks whenever they want to self-evaluate their performance, the software can also help achieve 360-degree feedback for the employees.”
