Saada Retail
“The eCommerce industry includes a lot of moving parts. While giant marketplaces are working in this area, it is mainly fueled by individuals & SMEs working with local manufacturers, tight budgets, and limited cash flows. As the horizon widens, these store owners run to list their products on yet another marketplace all the while maintaining their inventory across these sites. After spending countless hours driving sales, the problem gets even bigger when the sales do come in.
I like to divide the eCommerce process into 4 steps:
Sourcing > Sales & Marketing > Fulfillment > Customer & After Sales Support
While each step has its issues, they are also individual steps. Stores are run by small teams and individuals are forced to do this all on their own. If this wasn’t enough, current industry practices also restrict cash flows limiting scalability for the business.
Our idea is to launch a SaaS application that automates the eCommerce management system. We donate want to solve just one problem; we want to build an Operating System for digital commerce.
Referring to the four steps mentioned before, our system kicks in the last two stages. While several software exist that have become industry standards for sourcing and social media is generally used to drive sales, were like to fill in the missing piece by building software that automates the fulfilment process.
A single-view Dashboard helps you centrally manage inventory, manage billing dates, print shipping labels, query shipping rates, and automate the process. We also want to help you keep track of different billing dates so you can get paid on one date.
