“Problem Statement:

Financing needs have become mandatory in the modern world. Obtaining personal or corporate
financing from financial institutions is sometimes a headache for both parties i.e., Banks/Financial
Institutions and Customers. And the core reason behind it is the Documentation Process. There
are a bunch of papers that are to be signed by both signatories. On one end, a customer can’t be
available all the time when he is asked to sign a document. Similarly, from the bank’s
perspective, it is even harder to prepare all those documents which are sometimes around 20 to
25 in one case to be signed off by customers. Preparing these documents by filling in all the data
every time is deemed an annoying job. Additionally, keeping it safe and recalling it when needed
is another difficulty that most bank employees face. To overcome the problem, automation of
documentation is inevitable.

Proposed Solution:

To cater the problem above we are going to proposed a software solutions named EZ Docs is a software project that aims to provide an in-hand solution for banks’ staff involved in the manual preparation of financing documentation which usually takes about an hour for each case. The software will ultimately be converted the process into a few minutes or seconds by only inserting data and pressing a button on a user interface.

The software project will help banks save time and resources by automating the manual process of preparing financing documentation. The software will be easy to use and will provide a user-friendly interface that will allow bank staff to prepare financing documentation quickly and easily.

The EZ Docs will also help banks improve their customer service by providing faster turnaround times for financing documentation.”
